Yes and No...
We are currently going through the paper work process to get in network with some insurance companies. At this time we are in network with Medicare/Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield
Lets be honest... Insurance is FUN.
There’s a complete disconnection between what insurance providers will cover and what’s best for you. It’s still much easier to get opioids or back surgery paid for by insurance than a manual therapy or exercise program reimbursed.
If you check your insurance benefits most of the time it will say it covers Chiropractic care. This is when it gets a little complex. When we bill your insurance company we use a series of what is called "CPT" codes. What your insurance covers is just the spinal adjustment. What it fails to mention is that it does NOT cover all the other aspects of a Chiropractic treatment including: soft tissue work, rehab/prehab exercises, extremity adjustments (ankles, wrist, shoulders) and more. Since we provide more care than just a spinal adjustment at our facility majority of the time it is actually cheaper to go with our cash rate.
Because of high deductibles and out-of-pocket costs with certain policies, many people with coverage elect to go with our all-services-included cash rate: (subject to change)
$100 New Patient Appointment (first visit only)
$50 Existing Patient Appointment (follow-ups)
$80 Existing Patient NEW Injury/Condition Appointment
Maintenance Treatment Plan - 10 existing patient appointments for $450 (value: %10 discount / you save $50 / get 1 visit for free)
- We cannot legally offer discounts or waive rendered therapies when billing insurance
- We do offer maintenance treatment plans (treatment packages) however these are NOT required. Once your chief complaint subsides it is highly recommend to continue on at least a once a month basis. We like to put this in Dental terms, by continuing to do your prescribed at home exercises/stretches you are brushing/flossing your spine then when you see us it's like getting a cleaning.
- We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) under our cash rate.
